  • *Issue 2 – Local Public Infrastructure Bond Amendment: This proposed amendment would authorize a $2.5 billion general obligation bond to fund the State Capital Improvement Program (SCIP). The funds would be allocated to local governments as grants or loans for public infrastructure projects, such as road repairs and stormwater system upgrades. SOURCE
